Freelancers may submit their information to the database, including name, email address, basic location information, and other details that form the database. Out of this information, emails will never be made publically available. Emails will only be used by the database manager to communicate with submitting freelancers regarding database entry related matters.
Submitting freelancers have the option to upload images with their entries. When submitting, users should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF/GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and may be able to extract any location data from images on the website.
Use of Your Information
We collect information from you when you fill out our submission form. At any time, freelancers can request changes/deletion of any or all information via the submission form as well.
Usage & Sharing
All provided information will only be utilized for public display on this website, except email addresses, which are only visible to the database manager. No information will be ever sold or transferred to another entity.
All submitted data is received by the database manager and reviewed prior to entries being made available publicly. No automated decision making and/or profiling is in use on this website at this time.
Retention of Data
All submitted data is retained indefinitely. This measure will aid the database manager in ensuring correct maintenance of the database. However, all freelancers may at any time submit a request to edit or delete information featured in the database.
Rights of Data
Submitting freelancers retain rights to any data that they submit to the database. They may request that we erase or edit any data we hold about them at any time.
Google Analytics is used throughout this website. Analytics gathered are for the sole purpose of monitoring traffic and improving the website experience. Users can opt-out of Google Analytics tracking by installing a browser add-on.
